We want you to love your Kyngdy serum. However, we understand that skincare is a personal journey. If you are not completely satisfied with your results, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of your delivery date.
• Opened vs. Unopened: We treat them the same. Whether the bottle is brand new or you have tested it, you are eligible for a refund to your original payment method.
• The “50% Rule”: To prevent return fraud, we cannot accept empty or nearly empty bottles. The product must contain at least 50% of the original content to be eligible for a return.
Formula Verification & Anti-Fraud Policy
At Kyngdy, we maintain the highest standards of hygiene and integrity.
• Content Analysis: All returned open bottles are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to analyze the chemical composition, viscosity, and scent of the returned liquid to ensure it matches our proprietary formula.
• Tampering: If our analysis detects that the product has been diluted (e.g., with water), substituted, or tampered with, the refund will be denied immediately.
How to Return
• Request: Visit our website and complete the “Start Your Return” form within 14 days of receipt.
• Label: Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label.
• Fee: A flat handling fee of $5.95 will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover return shipping and processing.
Damaged Items
If your order arrived damaged or the pump is defective, please contact us within 48 hours. We will waive all fees and send a replacement immediately.
